Rebecca McCullough Hinojosa. MBA

Health Insurance Specialist

Rebecca is a Sales Agent and heads up the insurance division for Vantage Financial Solutions, Inc. Rebecca is no stranger to the changing world of Healthcare and all that entails.  Drawing on decades of experience in Human Resources, Rebecca now focuses mainly on Individual and Employee Health and Wellness programs.

She is certified to sell Federally Funded Marketplace plans, Medicare Advantage and Supplement Plans, direct contract individual and group plans, and ancillary products such as illness and cancer plans throughout the State of Utah. She is often described by the company’s President, Neal Marchant, as “Our Local Insurance Guru.”

Prior to starting here at Vantage in 2011, Rebecca spent five years working with the US Army in Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom.  During that time she successfully administered the company’s global benefit plans for more than 8,500 multi-national employees and was awarded the Project Manager’s Coin of Excellence for exemplary service. It was there that she found her true calling: to help others. When asked why she chose her current profession, Rebecca said “There’s no greater satisfaction for me than to be able to make a real difference in someone’s life, and working at Vantage provides me that opportunity each and every day.”

Rebecca holds an MBA from Southern Utah University, and is a proud Dixie State University Graduate and Adjunct Professor in the Udvar-Hazy School of Business.  She serves on the board of her HOA and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three sons.
